MACARELLA I BUILDING

In 2016 we started the first promotion of new construction of Santa Pola, after many years without offering beyond the second hand in this coastal city. We built a 3-storey building with Solarium, parking and top quality finishes in one of the best areas of the city. 6 houses of 62 meters useful with private terraces of 37 meters on the upper floors. Below we show you the plans, quality reports and main characteristics of this promotion. This promotion was sold entirely after its construction.

Double opening windows made out of aluminium in color for inner rooms and sliding floor to ceiling windows for balconies, all of them with double glazing with internal air chamber; roller blinds in colored aluminium.

Interior doors in D.M. wood lacquered in white or in vaporized beech wood with anti-impact weatherstrip. Built-in wardrobes in every bedroom. Armoured entry door.

Pavement

Floating flooring throughout the whole apartment Mod. AC4, except in bathrooms and balconies, where ceramic tiles will be used.

Kitchens

High pressure model in white brightness with crystal effect corners and Gola handles, high cupboards up to ceiling, spanish countertops with double edge model Quartz Technistone Antracithe grey, stainless steel sink and opening prepared for dishwasher.

Sanitary fittings

Sanitary equipment from Roca, The Gap model in white and suspended vanity with lower cabinet in both bathrooms.

Tilling and faucets

Porcellain tilling 33×60 cm up to ceiling height in bathrooms. Mixer taps and screen showers.

Plaster and paint

Plaster throughout the whole apartment. Smooth walls and ceilings in white in the entire house.

Pre-installation

Telephone points in the entire flat and pre-installation of zoned air conditioning. The telecommunications infrastructure will be made according to the R.D. 346/2011-11-31.

Observations: The qualities respond to the criteria of the Technical Director who will be able to modify them with justification, always within the current regulation.
