Exterior carpentry
Sliding windows made out of aluminium in brown in facade and, for inner patio rooms, sliding windows in white, all of them with double glazing; roller blinds in aluminium, in brown for facade and in white PVC for the rest.
Interior carpentry
Interior doors in naturally lacquered beech wood. Armoured entry door.
Pavements
40×40 cm polished terrazzo pieces throughout the whole apartment, except in bathrooms and kitchens, where ceramic tiles will be used.
